At OWE-N-CARE, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in preparing and shipping our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tested, or have had their original seal or packaging removed.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
