🔁 Owe-n-Care Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Owe-n-Care. We value your trust and satisfaction, and we want every customer to love their purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

🧾 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of our products (personal care, cosmetics, and hygiene items), we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products for health and safety reasons.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used hair care and body care products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Promotional or bundle sets

If any of these items are returned, they will not be refunded or sent back.

📦 How to Start a Return

If your order meets the requirements above, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  1. Your full name

  2. Order number

  3. The product(s) you wish to return

  4. A brief explanation for the return

  5. (Optional) Photo proof if the item arrived damaged or defective

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.

If the return is rejected (e.g., item used or not in original packaging), the product will not be refunded or reshipped.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
    Owe-n-Care is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence at support@owe-n-care.com.
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund once the issue is verified.

⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or card statement again.

  2. Contact your payment provider (sometimes processing takes extra time).

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@owe-n-care.com.

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time.
If you wish to get a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
