🚚 Owe-n-Care Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Owe-n-Care. We are committed to providing you with high-quality hair and body care products delivered safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped together in one package or separately, depending on stock availability.

🚛 Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 USD (before taxes and discounts)

International Shipping:
Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days depending on customs processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control (e.g., weather delays, carrier issues, or customs inspections).

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

🕒 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

📍 Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Delays due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

🌎 International Customs and Fees

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Owe-n-Care is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges once the package reaches your country.

💬 Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, missing items, or delayed, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at:

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide the best resolution possible.

🛍️ Pre-Orders & Backorders

If you purchase an item marked as pre-order or backorder, please note that the item will ship once it becomes available.
Estimated delivery times will be provided in your confirmation email.

❗ Additional Notes

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Once your order is handed over to the carrier, Owe-n-Care is no longer responsible for transit delays or lost packages.
